Lucy White

Chiropractor

(Kew/Fulham – GCC 05433 )

It was while growing up on a farm in the south of England that Lucy first noticed the benefits of chiropractic, through her dad who received regular chiropractic care.

Lucy was always very active, playing lots of sport and in particular football, which inspired her to study sports science at Edinburgh University. It was during her degree, when she suffered an ACL injury, that she realised she wanted to go down a career route that would help people get back to their full health and fitness after injury.

After her course she worked in a hospital as a physiotherapy assistant for a year before deciding to switch into chiropractic after realising the benefits that a more hands-on treatment provided. She then moved closer to home and enrolled in the new London Southbank Course for her Masters of Chiropractic degree, where she gained a masters with distinction and graduate of the year.

Lucy likes to use a range of different techniques, having been inspired by various chiropractors she's worked with and their skillsets. These include spinal manipulation and mobilisation, soft tissue work and exercise rehabilitation. She adapts each session to the individual to enable her clients to achieve their specific health goals.

In her spare time Lucy enjoys playing football and netball for social leagues, as well as cycling, running and yoga. She loves a wild swim and is always looking for new spots for an outdoor dip!
