With that in mind, how's March been treating you? Or how have you been treating March? If need be, there's still plenty of time to course correct, make a plan, and shift your focus towards an outcome that you find particularly inspiring or just plain necessary!

Form Nutrition consistently put out great supplements (and a great newsletter) that I enjoy experimenting with. I've regularly recommended their sleep and focus nootropics to clients and am excited by their recent addition of a genuine, no-nonsense multivitamin.

Oh yeah, and they're seriously committed to sustainable social and environmental practices. Nice one, guys.

Wind Power
Here's a seriously cool start-up offering portable wind power for those on the move. Taking just 15 minutes to set up, it'll provide more than enough juice for your essential electricals when you're enjoying the great outdoors. Leave it to the Danes.

Andrew Huberman, Ph.D. (I've mentioned him before) is a neuroscientist demystifying the intricacies of the human brain and its behaviour. His Insta feed is packed with interesting lessons that teach you about how your brain works. Love this guy.

Be who you are
Nike put out some great videos and this Japanese clip is one of my favs. Girls are often exposed to unfair expectations and ideals – this video smashes stereotypes that hold too many back. Be all you can be.
