Private Health Insurance for Chiropractic Care

Do you have private health insurance which covers chiropractic, sitting there, unused, while you’re putting up with back pain or spinal problems?

We are covered by many other major insurance companies for Chiropractic care including Axa, Bupa, Vitality, Simply Health, HealthShield, Aviva, Prudential, and many more.

Please contact your insurer prior to attending to confirm your coverage as we have very limited knowledge of each companies and your individual policies and cannot accept responsibility for anything not covered. (Including X-Ray)

Payment is expected at the time of service with an invoice/receipt issued to be issued for you to claim back yourself from your insurer.

Here are some tips for two of the biggies…

BUPA (UK ONLY)

We facilitate billing for UK based policies (We cannot facilitate this for BUPA International and some Business accounts)

Please ensure your check your out of pocket and if you have exhausted any benefits prior to attending. Is also good to ask to include X-Ray when gaining authourisation. and that is literally all we know about your/BUPA’s policies and procedures.

A fully refundable deposit of £100 is required to utilise this service to cover any shortfalls in coverage.

AXA PPP
All of our clinics are covered by AXA PPP (except Kew/Richmond, where only Paul Danford DC is registered). To get started you’ll need to contact them to be authorised for treatment.

As outlined above and in our T&Cs, please clarify with AXA PPP if you will be reimbursed for everything (notably x-rays) as we will not provide refunds for services provided in the event your insurer does not cover this.
