My top 5 health podcasts

Seems everyone has a podcast these days (including me…) but with all the chatter available, it can be difficult to find good content relevant to your interests. You may have noticed there are many marketing, coaching and entrepreneurial podcasts in the chiropractic world, so we’d like to steer clear of those and give you honest, good conversations that can inspire you to be healthy and happy.

Here are five podcasts I love that I think you’ll love, too. These are podcasts hosted by chiropractors, but the content is suitable for potential patients, regular clients, or people who just love chiropractic philosophy and want ways to be healthier or to perform better.

Top 5
5. The Insight Club

Insight Club aims to provide a platform for chiropractors and students of chiropractic alike to gain insight into topics relevant to the profession and to healthcare more generally.

4. The Chiropractic Why

Spend some time learning, discussing and generally chatting all things chiropractic and chiropractic philosophy. The podcast made by the profession for the profession.

3. Before the Dip

Hosted by chiropractors Ravi and Murray, they’re two mates chatting about health, family, business and life before plunging in the Pacific Ocean on a Sunday morning.

2. The Australian Chiropractors Association Podcast

Hosted by ACA President Dr Anthony Coxon, the ACA Podcast explores the science, art, philosophy and politics of chiropractic, as well as reviewing the latest research and discussing how chiropractors can strive for excellence in practice.

1. The High Performance Podcast

Not a chiropractic podcast but a worthy number 1 as it leads the way in discussing ways to improve human performance. Hosting every conversation are sports broadcaster Jake Humphrey and leading organisational psychologist professor Damian Hughes.

And if you haven’t already listened to it...

Bonus recommendation - The Chiro.London Podcast

Hosted by yours truly, CL co-founder Craig McLean, it features friendly chats with chiropractors and people of influence who share life, health and performance enhancing tales. You can also find out a little about each episode on the @chirolondonpod Instagram.
