Sydney Bradshaw
Chiropractor
(Marylebone – GCC 05191)
I've always known I wanted to work with people and help them feel their best. My journey into chiropractic started much like it does for many of the people I now see in clinic. At 15, I suffered my first sports injury and suddenly couldn't do the thing I loved most. After experiencing different types of treatment, I discovered chiropractic care and saw first-hand the difference it could make. I became fascinated by the body's ability to heal, adapt and function when given the right support, and that's what inspired me to become a chiropractor.
After five years of study, I graduated with First Class Honours from the Anglo-European Chiropractic College (AECC) in Bournemouth. Since then, I've loved working with people at every stage of life, from newborns and children to office workers, athletes, expecting mothers and older adults. Whether you're looking for relief from pain, recovering from an injury, wanting to prevent future problems or simply looking to stay active and keep doing the things you love, I enjoy helping people move, feel and function at their best.
I believe great healthcare is about more than just treating pain. My approach focuses on understanding the whole person, listening to your story and working together to create a plan that's tailored to your goals. Whether your aim is to get back to running, pick up your children comfortably, sit through a workday without discomfort or simply move with more confidence, every treatment plan is individual to you.
I'm passionate about helping people take a proactive approach to their health. Rather than only addressing pain when it appears, I believe in supporting long-term wellbeing through better movement, prevention and ongoing maintenance. That's a philosophy I try to live by too. I enjoy staying active, looking after both my physical and mental health, and making time for the people and activities that bring me energy.
My approach includes:
Gentle chiropractic care tailored to your individual needs.
Improving movement, reducing tension and helping your body function at its best.
Collaborative care, where you understand your body and feel confident in your treatment plan.
Webster Technique, commonly used during pregnancy, but also suitable for people outside of pregnancy where appropriate.
Growing up, I competed nationally in both netball and swimming, so movement has always been a huge part of my life. More recently, I've discovered a love for Pilates, which has strengthened my own mind-body connection and complements my strength training and running. Outside of the clinic, you'll usually find me exploring somewhere new in London or abroad, reading a good book, or spending time with friends and family at the gym or in a fitness class.
