On booking my first session at Putney Chiro I received a form for me to fill out pre-consultation. This took around 15 minutes to answer.I then went off to the Centre to meet Doctor Craig McLean. Doc. Craig ran me through my answers in the pre-consultation form and then explained a little more about what Chiropractic services are all about. He showed me this poster showing how every nerve down the spine is linked to different organs.
Mind blown. The pieces started to fall into place a little more - how Chiropractors don't just treat your back, it's an all over wellness approach they adopt as everything is so interlinked.Doc. Craig then X-rayed me (side-note: did you know that there is less radiation going through your body with one X-ray than you you get on one flight to Australia from the UK?). He took photos of my posture, looked at how flexible I am and checked my reactions. We had a look at my neck and discovered one leg is slightly longer than the other which was news to me. Craig also took photos of my posture.Before my next session Craig will go through the findings and results and review them with me in my next session - however, he did give me a sneak peek of my posture results (oh dear..!).
