Expert Chiropractic Care Across Central & South West London

Chiropractic is a regulated healthcare profession. It deals with mechanical problems in the joints, muscles and nerves, with a particular focus on the spine.

In practice, that means finding out why a joint has stopped moving properly, getting it moving again, and helping you keep it that way.

A course of care usually includes:

  • A full case history and physical examination before anything else happens
  • Hands-on adjustments to restore movement to stiff or restricted joints
  • Soft-tissue work to release tight or overworked muscles
  • Exercises you can do at home to hold the improvement
  • Practical advice on your desk, your sleep, your training and your daily habits
  • On-site digital X-ray where imaging would make the diagnosis clearer

There isn't one single chiropractic technique. Some people want the classic adjustment. Others would rather not be anywhere near it, and there are low-force and instrument-assisted approaches that work perfectly well instead. We'll ask what you're comfortable with and adapt.

  • General acute and chronic backache and back pain, and lumbago
  • Mechanical neck pain
  • Sciatica
  • Headache arising from the neck, and migraine prevention
  • Shoulder complaints, including rotator cuff injuries and soft tissue disorders of the shoulder
  • Elbow pain and tennis elbow arising from associated musculoskeletal conditions of the back and neck
  • Joint pains, including hip and knee pain from osteoarthritis, alongside core treatment and exercise
  • Muscle spasms, cramp and generalised aches and pains
  • Minor sports injuries, ankle sprain and plantar fasciitis
  • Tension and an inability to relax

If your symptoms suggest something that isn't a chiropractic problem, we'll say so and point you back to your GP. That's part of the job.

Our team is the best thing about us. Highly trained, properly experienced chiropractors who are professional without ever being stuffy - and who are genuinely pleased you came in.

Many of them have run their own clinics and chose to be part of ours instead, which tells you something. They'll take the time to listen, explain what's actually going on in language that makes sense, and treat you like an adult who can handle the truth about their own back.

  • Every chiropractor is registered with the General Chiropractic Council, with their registration number published on their profile
  • Postgraduate training across pregnancy, paediatric and sports chiropractic
  • Massage and sports therapists working alongside the chiropractic team
  • Six clinics across Central and South West London, so there's a familiar face near your commute

Have a look at the whole team and pick whoever you like the look of.

The first visit is mostly talking and testing. You'll be asked about the problem, your general health, your work and what you do with your week. Then a physical examination - movement, joints, muscles, and orthopaedic and neurological testing where it's relevant.

After that, we explain what we've found in plain English, tell you whether we can help, and set out what treatment would look like.

  • Wear something you can move in - shorts and a t-shirt are ideal
  • Allow more time for your first visit than for follow-ups
  • Bring any scans, X-rays or reports you already have
  • Treatment often starts at the first appointment, if it's appropriate
  • Follow-up sessions are shorter and more focused
  • Nothing is a fixed commitment - we review as we go

Chiropractic Questions, Answered

No. You can book directly. If you're claiming on private health insurance, check with your insurer first, as some policies do require a referral.

An adjustment shouldn't be painful. Some people feel mild soreness for a day or so afterwards, in the way you might after a first session at the gym. Tell your chiropractor if anything is uncomfortable — there's almost always another way to do it.

It's gas releasing from the fluid inside the joint, the same as when you crack a knuckle. It isn't bones cracking, and the noise itself isn't the point of the treatment.

It depends on what's wrong, how long you've had it and what you need to get back to. Your chiropractor will give you an honest estimate after the examination rather than a number plucked out of the air.

Yes, we work with the major insurers. Check your policy for cover limits and referral requirements before you book.
