Our services are covered by the majority of the major private health insurance companies.

You can book with us directly — no referral is needed to see a chiropractor. The following applies only if you plan to claim on a private policy.

As per normal practise, you usually require a GP referral from either your local GP or your private health insurance online GP portal to get a referral to use our chiropractic services. Once you have this referral, they will give you an authorisation code, which you can then present to us.

From there, either we’ll provide you a bill that you can claim back from the insurance company, or for AXA PPP and Bupa we can bill directly.

• Bupa — once you have your authorisation code, normally provides you with five sessions. Once those five sessions run out, we can request a further five.
• AXA/PPP — once you have an authorisation, often they provide up to 10 sessions of chiropractic care.

With all of the above, it depends on your insurance policy and the details of your individual cover. Some policies may have an excess you need to pay before you can actually claim for the services we provide.

As a courtesy, we request at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. We do have a cancellation fee that can be charged if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided.
