Charlie is a skilled and empathetic Sports Massage Therapist with a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and is currently completing an integrated Master’s in Osteopathy at esteemed UCO. He combines a strong understanding of anatomy and biomechanics with hands-on techniques including soft tissue release.
Before moving into healthcare, Charlie worked for prestigious global consultancy firms and a health startup in Singapore, developing a strong analytical mindset and a love of problem solving, which he now applies to the human body.
Charlie enjoys ultramarathons, strength training, and yoga. Having completed his 500 yoga teacher training in Nepal he brings a movement-informed perspective and a deep understanding of the physical demands of an active lifestyle into his body work.
